Sold item on expensive on site. shipped item, then Customer cancelled item, item was received by Customer and has not been returned.

I have not recieved payment for the item and have not recieved the item back.

Customer Service is non existent, (4) emails sent, no response, nothing has been solved to date.

Horrible business practices. Shame on Mercari and shame on the dishonest Customer!

If you did not upload the tracking in time this is your fault period. Mercari gives you 3 days to ship the item.

If you have not shipped it, and uploaded tracking per the stated rules then you are out of luck and this "bad customer service" review is your fault.

They do not allow a cancelation once the item is shipped. That means that the tracking number has been scanned and shows that it is in possesion of the shipper.
