Every time I try to contact a human on the phone, no one answers. Or I wait 10 min.

and then they hang up on me.

I don't recommend anyone to use the Mercari selling app. I'm irate about their service.

Preferred solution: My account back live so I can sell my products and make money.

My Account has been blocked unrightfully and I need to make returns.

My account was unrightfully terminated, and i'm not able to purchase or return any of the items i've bought. And I'd like for it to be restored.

Wont help customers

I have been selling on Mercari for almost 3 years now. I have not had a problem with anything, For the very first time labels got mixed up and two customers got the wrong items.

One lady says they will not send her a return label and to keep the item and the credited her account. but she isn't happy because she wanted what she bought. the other lady lady they wont respond to her because she already rated me. they wont respond to any of my emails.

this should be a very easy and fast fix. but its been a week

What Does it Take to Get a live C.S. HELP

after reading numerous comments on Reddit, I was hoping they would be very wrong as I need to find a different avenue in which to list my many fabulous items I could not however get enrolled because it kept telling my my card was not valid. It is a very highly rated Bank of America card and I cant tell you how frustrating it was to try and get set up.

Buyer claims an item they bought was watered down. Impossible to do.

It' was a bundle deal. She wants a refund. I tried calling mercari the phone number is a scam. They put you on hold for 3 minutes, claims you were on hold for 10 minutes and hangs up on you.

Can't get a hold of a real person. No legitimate email for them. I will be deleting my account with them and warn others once you have a problem you will be screwed.

So you feel helpless when you have no backup from mercari. Can't dispute the claim.

I don't know. I tried to make a purchase, and they said my account was limited, so I couldn't make purchases or anything.

Preferred solution: I I tried to purchase Cartier glasses

Mercari - Refund

I sold a BBW 3 wick candle holder to a buyer. While it was in the shipping process, the buyer tried to cancel.

However, it had already been shipped. Once they received it they then claimed the item was damaged during shipping and wanted to return it. Mercari said I was not eligible for shipping protection even though I followed all of their guidelines. So they initiated a return.

It said the buyer would return the item. I could see that the current status was waiting for buyer to return package and when it is in- transit I would get a shipping tracking number. A few days went by and it is no longer showing up anywhere in my account as being sold or anything. It randomly just disappeared.

After digging deeper it shows the buyer was refunded without returning my item to me! I have sent several messages concerning this issue with no help. Calling their customer service has been a waste of time because it just hangs up on you. If this was a couple dollar item I would cut my losses and move on but this was an almost $100 item.

Why should the buyer get a refund and get to keep my item?

I want my money or my item back. This is unjust!

Buyer Protection is BS & they sell counterfeit designer bags

Purchased a Louis Vuitton bag And paid a Buyer protection fee. I paid Mecari to authenticate the bag and it came back as fake.

They dont honor the Buyer Protection you pay for on your purchase and would not refund me the $500 I paid on a bag THEY acknowledge was fake. Total fraud and its illegal selling counterfeit, copyrighted designer bags.

I received a package on July 24th, and I have emailed Mercari telling them that their system is not working and I need to get a return label because the product was damaged. Their phones kept on having a busy signal.

The email that was sent was on July 25th within the 3 days. I got a runaround on the emails from Mercari. No response from the seller either to please help me because their submit button wasn't working. I still haven't gotten my money back or a label.

I have asked them to please contact me. It's bad customer service. They keep on saying it's after the three days, and I had contacted them way before then. What should I do?

I feel this company is scamming me. They were never like this before.
