What a mess

I was banned from Mercari because my ex fiancé did something very stupid without my knowledge, and took the box of things I had intended to sell to somebody else, and put his apartment number on them. And now I am banned, and Ive tried to appeal, but they refuse to budge.

how was I supposed to know that my abusive, narcissistic, egotistical, and selfish, not to mention, physically abusive ex fiancé was going to do that. I have tried unsuccessfully to get Mercari to listen to me on numerous occasions, and they basically say they stand behind their decision. They wont even let me explain.

so Im not sure what to do. I am totally blind, and its not an easy process to start an appeal, especially when there is no valid customer service phone number.

I got scammed I did not authorized a purchased but a scammer got my pay method without me authorizing it they said a label was created I guess they waited to get and I received a fake package so that they get paid and never got my 400 hundred dollar unauthorized because all I did was make an offer then how did they get my information to take $400 from my account
