Mercari - Don't walk, RUN.. AWAY FROM THIS BS!!!!!!!!!
I have had my account deleted due to false accusations and have had zero interest in resolving this matter. Assumptions should not be acted upon, this is a bad business practice.
When called out on BS assumptions, Mercari ignores the consumer or gives a generic copy/paste response, same one, every single time. There is no customer service, this is fail number one. Fail two would be being super Nazi like. This is America.
In America, we have freedoms. Innocent until proven guilty kind of thing.. Which requires evidence. Evidence Mercari doesn't have because they're going off of an assumption.
Again, I reached out, to get the copy/paste response & now am being ignored. False accusations. I look forward to the lawsuit that is inevitable in the years to come, between *** customer service and STEALING money that is not rightfully theirs. Ya know, theft, lies, deceit..
These are ILLEGAL & one day, you'll have your *** bit, and I cannot wait. Now, "kindly", as you enjoy saying in your copy/paste, stop sending me app notifications, emails, surveys, etc.
