Mercari - Item wasnt delivered
I bought a Funko Pop from a seller, and the item was never delivered. USPS say they delivered it. Seller said he/she sent it.
Three weeks later and after many texts to the seller AND many messages to Mercari, tstill nothing.
Someone at Mercari this past few days gave a neutral survey thus closing the sale and deeming it sold.
Tried calling the helpline, was put on hold, and they said 8 minutes wait time. 6 minutes into it they said id exceeded my allotted wait time and was promptly cut off.
Tried this 5 times.
Still no reply from the seller, whos last message was "USPS said give it a few more days to be delivered"
This was SUPPOSED to be delivered the middle of November. Over Three weeks ago.
What Do I do?
It was only $15 but it was a gift for someone and now I'm down $15 and no gift.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $15.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
