I purchased an IPhone 6splus from a seller named Olivia M. Neville on August 13, 2017 on a website called Mercari.
She sold me this phone for $274! Before I could even get it to work she took my money and ran. I have tried contacting her to get the pass code to open the phone but she blocked me from contacting her. With her attitude and unwillingness to give the pass code I believe this is a stolen phone.
I have asked Mercari to step in and get the pass code from this gal to open the phone but they aren't cooperating either. They wanted me to give them my SS number so they could help me. I refused. What kind of place is this that won't stand behind the purchaser.
That was a lot of money that I didn't have to waste!! I have been searching high and low for a phone number for this place and nothing.
