Mercari - No one will help
I had a package on the way to a buyer and had to delete an item that I had just sold that I had 2 messages on because I printed out 2 labels for the prior package because it kept reading error when I tried to recreate it. So that made 2 different conversations when I was trying to fix the problem so I went to delete the message and deleted the sale I had just made that was on it way to the buyer.
When I tried to contact mercari the next day I got an email saying weโre going to transfer you to another department to resolve the problem but they took so long the package had already reached the buyer. I tried to tell the buyer but he hadnโt received anything from mercari and wonโt let me pay for the return until he hears something. So when I finally got the email it said the funds couldnโt be released and he has already been issued a refund. I told him that thinking they had told him they gave him his money back and he hasnโt.
I wait until 2 days after and tell him Iโll pay for the return and extra for your trouble and then he says heโs not doing anything till he hears something and that itโs starting to sound like a scam and that Iโm tricking him, that I had never even talked to yโall. Right after I told him Iโll send screen shots of all my conversations with mercari the post I had been taking to him on gets deleted and since he doesnโt sell anything I do t have a way to talk to him and tell him Iโm not trying to scam him or get my watch back which was 900 dollars.
I am completely unable to get this done and Iโm so pissed off I canโt see. I need someone to tell him I really have been talking to you guys and that he really did get his refund when I told him that I really was told that by customer service
