There have been plenty of times when my weight was off, even though I have a postal scale and tested it with the post office. But the last straw was when I shipped an item on my own at a customer's request.

This was my second time. The first time, there was no problem. I took a picture of the receipt.

The second time, they refused to give me back the $40 for their shipping label and claimed I did it wrong. Why didn't they explain that the first time?

Hi. The item I purchased never showed up; instead, a silver dollar arrived in its place.

All the available numbers ended calls without ringing. That's when I found out that Mercari support isn't available in my area, to much surprise. It wasn't until I used a number from here that I was able to voice my issue. Immediately after, I received an email with the finalized sales, which I suspect to be scams.

Currently, I'm undergoing both chemotherapy and radiation treatments.

I'm on a fixed, low income, with a one year old daughter. I just spent over $660 for a silver dollar.

This seller never shipped the correct item and never had any intentions to send it, I received a tiny envelope found at my door,,does it look like a pair of Jordans could be in this envelope

Hi, yes, I have been trying to get ahold of Mercari for my refund. The seller said she was trying to figure out how to do it, but when I call them, there's been no reply yet.

My purchase was delivered back to the sender. She let me know she has the items, yet Mercari has not given me a refund!

Bought a samsung S23 ultra and instead received a small black box size of a ring box. Can't submit complaint because it doesn't allow you to do so.

Mercari can't honestly explain why the Mercari fees increase for a repeat purchase from a vendor. I just purchased a Milwaukee M18 97**-** Impact from a vendor and wanted to buy a second unit from the same vendor for the same tool at the same price.

But when I tried to complete the purchase, the Mercari fee was raised $23 higher. I questioned them about it and kept getting the runaround.

Yes the guy refuses to answer me calls or texts .i have texts or him say mercari and ups are million dollar companies they'll p a y for damage ...I believe he knew he was shipping it messed up he gets his money I get damage money ...I think it was a plan and I want them to know that would you ship a 400 dollar print in a yellow envelope with a piece of cardboard

I am absolutely done with Mercari. They have horrendous customer service and this is the last time I will be getting stolen from.

There have been numerous occasions where I will mail a package out and get a notification that an extra thirty-five dollars is taken out of my account for a false shipping adjustment.

Please tell me how a lightweight cotton shirt weighs 9 pounds? When I dispute something so ridiculous with Mercari, they tell me USPS is right and basically that it's too bad.

They have an unmaintained website that does not allow you to see tracking. So, if you return something, it's stuck for all those days versus the given time frame.

This issue arises because they do not monitor and make necessary changes.

The seller has already received the returned item, but I can't get my refund because they, despite involving several different agents, have not resolved the problem. Now the transaction has been completed without my refund.
