Evidently they can limit your account at 3 am eastern time. Midnight pacific standard USA time. However you are unable to contact them after 9 am.

Hundreds of dollars stolen by Mercari. And they are still doing business in our country. They are a Japanese app, now allowing Japanese transactions.

Hi im complaining about seller @55175**** DREW. SOi bought an item from him for $50 then I noticed 4 hrs later he canceled the order.

He says because I didn't text him back that'd why he canceled. This is wring that is not your policy that it's required to message someone on their item im order to buy it!!!

I need to return these pants for a refund it too small these jeans were very small. I bought another pair of the same size and it fit perfect.

Fedex has a picture of it being delivered but the porch they left it at is not my porch. Fedex says only the shipper can file a claim on the package I tried and have a inquiry open on Mercari but they are requesting me to do all this and fedex will not let me do anything I sent them the picture of the porch and told them it is not my porch I want my money refunded to me

Refuse to refund money after a misrepresentation claim and charges you for a buyer protection fee. Terrible customer service.

Purchased item from Mercari and it was a fake item. Fraudulent product.

Mercari allows sellers to use their resources to sell fake a fraudulent item on their site. Use EBay instead they wont let you as a buyer get robbed. Mercari is a very fraudulent service provider for fake items. Please do not use their services.

I was robbed of $92.90 Of my HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

And they gave me nothing but excuses.

If the shoe was on the other foot then they would understand. Never again.
